GARY KITCHING – Gary has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years – specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of water systems.  Gary provides consulting services for water system conservation as well as stormwater treatment.  Past projects have ranged from single-family projects to community water systems serving 1,200 customers.

Ethel Kitching – Ethel has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with a focus on environmental issues.  In addition to working with water treatment systems, she also designs and installs rain gardens for wetland mitigation and critical areas projects.

Ethel Kitching has a BA in Environmental Policy from Western Washington University.  She is also certified through ASSE to design rainwater harvesting systems.
